  The second problem involved the fact that though we had paid for 7 nights half board the made us pay for our 7th dinner again as they didn't take into account that we had arrived well after dinner on the first day. When we extended our room on the last day as we weren't leaving 'til late they failed to even mention that we'd have to pay for the last meal, instead telling us in the middle of dinner!

  Been here a week and had nothing but good experiences. Great and plentiful food, always a sunbed available at one of the pools, regular entertainment and nice rooms.

  We visited Gran Vista for the third time; May 2017. The hotel is very comfortable and the directors, management and all the staff are friendly and professional. The quality of the rooms and hotel are good and are kept in a very clean condition. Food is of a high standard and there is great choice at breakfast and dinner. Dining room and kitchen staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The swimming pools and grounds are ideal for a family holiday. The clientele are mainly from Germany and this added to the pleasure of our visit. The location is ideal with easy access to the town and beach. We highly recommend this hotel and location and consider the holiday was good value for money. Thomson's staff ensured a smooth journey and transfers from Palma Airport to Can Picafort.

  Amazing. Great rooms and fabulous food. There is a huge variety and there is something different every day. Great pools and spa. Good facilities got children and also for adults that like activities as there are tennis courts, football pitch and volleyball court. Great terrace on the top floor offering stunning views. Best for sunsets!

  Two main problems involved the staff misunderstanding or not fully explaining things. When the laundry room washer broke with our wet unwashed clothes in it the front desk staff gave a refund for the washer cost, but could not be made to understand the fact the washing was wet. We had to pay the cost to dry our unwashed clothes. When we registered a complaint the next day about it a different receptionist immediately made sure our washing went through the laundry service for free which was much more appropriate at a four star hotel.
